HBM, filial de Soletanche Bachy en Hungr\u00eda, ha realizado el pilotaje y las obras provisionales para la construcci\u00f3n de las futuras pilas del puente Kalocsa-Paks. Este nuevo puente de carretera, con una longitud total de 946 m, atraviesa 506 m de llanura aluvial y 440 m del Danubio, y est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para reducir en 15 minutos el tiempo de viaje entre las dos ciudades de Kalocsa y Paks, y la autopista M6.<\/p>\n

HBM instal\u00f3 1.040 lm de pilotes en el r\u00edo y 1.196 lm en la orilla, cada uno con un di\u00e1metro de 1.500 mm. Bajo estas dos plataformas fluviales, a una profundidad de 17 m, los equipos crearon muros estancos mediante jet grouting, as\u00ed como tapones con pilares de 3,3 m de di\u00e1metro bajo la superficie de estas dos islas artificiales.<\/p>\n

Estas estructuras est\u00e1n dise\u00f1adas para garantizar la estanqueidad de las fosas y la estabilidad de la base de excavaci\u00f3n. Soletanche Polska, filial polaca del Grupo, tambi\u00e9n particip\u00f3 en el proyecto, aportando su experiencia en el proceso de jet grouting.<\/p>\n

HBM installed 1,040 lm of piles in the river and 1,196 lm on the river bank, each with a diameter of 1,500 mm. Beneath these two river platforms, at a depth of 17 m, the teams created watertight walls using jet grouting, as well as plugs with 3.3 m diameter columns beneath the surface of these two artificial islands. <\/span><\/p>\n

These structures are designed to ensure the watertightness of the pits and the stability of the excavation base. Soletanche Polska, the Group\u2019s Polish subsidiary, also took part in the project, contributing its expertise in the jet grouting process.<\/span><\/p>\n
